Suggest Agenda Items and Vote

Summary:

Council is looking for ways to incorporate topics of interest into our monthly council meetings.  We are seeking your input to ensure that we better understand what matters most to you.

Your Feedback:

To help us incorporate relevant discussion, we ask that you provide suggestions and vote for your preferred topics.

Instructions:

1. Summarise your agenda topic as a short sentence.
2. Provide additional context in the description field .
3. Post your suggestions by 4pm on the Tuesday, a week prior to Wednesday's Council meeting
4. Vote for your preferred topics during the week prior to Council meeting.
5. Voting will close 4pm on the Tuesday prior to Wednesday meeting.

The next Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 28 May 2024 at 7pm.

The deadline for submission of Agenda Topics is 4pm on Tuesday 21 May 2024, with voting to commence from 4pm Tuesday 21 May until 4pm Monday 27 May.
