Ideas Tool Refresh: Alpha Release
As part of our program to upgrade EngagementHQ’s tool suite, the Ideas tool provides a natural next step after surveys as we seek to implement our new participant front end (PFE) design system and tech stack.
What is the goal of the Alpha test?
- to gather initial feedback from internal teams and plan fixes before beta test & full customer release. Please use the Ideas tool to share suggestions/bugs and provide feedback via the survey link below.
How do I participate in the Alpha test for the refreshed Ideas tool?
- Scroll down to the tool tab below, to view different Ideas board use cases: ' Prioritisation', 'Photo Competition' and 'Ideation',
- Each board will default to the current experience.
- To view the new look, click 'Future Tool;
- To switch back, click 'Current Tool'. Note: not all 'Current Tool' functionality is in 'Future Tool' yet, but you can post from 'Current Tool' and switch to 'Future Tool' to view what it might look like.
- Post suggestions or bugs on the 'Alpha Test board'
- Capture your feedback in a survey
