Our competitors offer a budgeting/prioritisation tool (eg Social Pinpoint) and the lack of this tool in our product offering has resulted in churns and losses, particularly in the ANZ market, where this is cited as a contributing factor.
While we offer a participatory budgeting tool in our marketplace (Balancing Act), it is an additional cost to customers. EHQ have recently ended their partnership Balancing Act who have now been acquired by a competitor, Polco

- A new EHQ tool which would enable our Admin customers to receive priority preference feedback from their community on a list of projects, to enable them to 'shortlist' in a transparent and collaborative way.
- It also helps organisations create awareness around the challenges that they face, by putting the community in the shoes of decision makers.
